Emergency Services
If you or a loved one have been hospitalized or are facing an imminent surgery or other medical procedure, it may not be too late to update or obtain estate planning. We have helped other people facing brain surgery, heart surgery, procedures for cancer, and more. We understand the importance of having an estate plan in place, and will do everything in our power to get the documents executed prior to a planned surgery or other medical procedure date. Most attorneys avoid travelling to the hospital, but we love making the trip because we understand we can help people in need in a meaningful way.
Concierge Services
If you are a loved one are limited to your residence because of a medical condition or because you can no longer obtain or utilize transportation, you can still receive estate planning. We are able to make home visits to meet, review, and sign estate planning documents. Most attorneys avoid home visits because they view it as wasteful of their time, but we love travelling to help those who otherwise would not be able to obtain estate planning services.
