It was a pleasure working with Alex. Alex did everything he said that he would do and ahead of our original target date for the documents to be completed and signed.

Highly recommend! Although I lived out of state he took the probate when two other local lawyer failed to return my calls after leaving a voice mail describing my situation. He carefully explained the probate process and he always promptly returned my calls or email when I had a question. During the process new information was obtained that drastically changed the probate. He provided me with an option that saved me a good amount of money. He is an honest, fair individual that I would certainly use again.

I just completed a Living Trust with Alex Richardson at Full Circle Estate Planning. He was fantastic. Super clear, no legalese nonsense, and he walked me through everything. One flat price for the whole set of estate documents for me & husband even though I made multiple changes during the process--Trust, Pourover Wills, POA, etc etc etc, the documents stack was 2”, whew I was soooo glad I had not pursued trying to DIY online. I wanted to make sure everything was perfectly legal and correct for Kansas laws. I intentionally chose a small shop instead of big law firm because I wanted individualized help with all my many questions, and Alex delivered indeed. He met with me more than once to talk over my thoughts, and promptly answered my many email questions, and he patiently changed several things (no additional cost) on the Trust as my understanding grew during our conversations as to better ways to handle things. If you’re dealing with estate stuff, go see him—you won’t regret it!

This is one of the nicest human beings that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. But more than that he is an excellent lawyer. He takes time to explain everything in a language that a nonlawyer can understand. Also, he will answer as many questions as you have, regardless of the time it takes. In my case I use a walker and he even helped me to get all the way outside. I can not say enough good things about this man. He is the lawyer you want if you need this type of service. Give him a try, you will not be disappointed.
